THE AUTHOR
Who am I and what I do
Diogo Seixas

Diogo is a dreamer by nature; he loves planning and strategizing about the future. He is also passionate and enthusiastic about learning and teaching. From being lost once in life (or honestly, more than once) and finding himself, he now loves helping others who are in the same situation. He teaches them to gather their thoughts together in times of great uncertainty, especially students and young adults.
This became a major part of his life when he founded his project, Journey Movement, which helped develop over 4,000 people in the U.S. and Brazil. He also served as the coordinator of the Leadership Development Program of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where he helped over 100 students between 2017 and 2020.
Diogo has a graduate degree in Production Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro in Brazil and an MBA from SIUC, where he is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration.
